    Fantastic quality

    This stuff really is the best Sam-e you can get. The quality is amazing and it is one of the few things I've taken and noticably felt it compared to other brands. For me personally this stuff has always been amazing. I started taking it for mood, but I definitely notice my joints feel better as well. I'll never consider some cheapo bottle from the
    vitamin aisle of some random store again. Do make sure to keep them in the sealed pouches until right before you take it. If you want to fill up a weekly pill thing take the time to cut the pouches down to size so they will fit without breaking the seal. I do it every Sunday when I fill the rest of my stuff up.

    Oh yeah and do try to take it on an empty stomach. I could tell a difference. Doesn't irritate my stock or anything either.
