Ingredients: S-Adenosylmethionine Tosylate Disulfate, Cellulose, Enteric Coating (contains one or more of the following: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalate, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Triacetin, Titanium Dioxide), Mannitol, Citric Acid, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Yellow Ochre.
Recommended Dosage: SAMe should be taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. SAMe supplementation can be divided over the course of the day, (i.e. before breakfast, before lunch and before supper.) Clinical studies indicate that benefits may be evident in the first week or two of supplementation.
Take 1 tablet (400mg) a day for the first week. If the desired benefits are not achieved, you may increase your level of supplementation by taking 2 tablets daily (800mg) in the second week. In some cases it may be necessary to increase your intake of SAMe to as much as 4 tablets a day (for a maximum of 1600mg). A month or two after you have achieved your desired result you can try to decrease your dosage to a maintenance level of 400mg to 800mg daily.
